Melvin Road Sidewalk & Drainage Improvements

The project consists of the following general work pursuant to the construction of sidewalk, curb & gutter, and storm drain facilities along Melvin Road, Wilson Way, and James Road:

1. Potholing of existing utilities

2. Site clearing and demolition

3. Grading and earthwork for sidewalk / curb and gutter installation

4. Trenching and storm drain conduit installation

5. Minor utility adjustments as needed for pipe - pipe crossings

6. Pavement restoration

7. Install traffic signs, striping, traffic calming measures

8. Pavement and landscape restoration.

The Engineer’s Estimate for the project is $2,257,865.
