Del Rey Kinder Play yard Project

The Project consists of: Re-grade and level existing AC paved Kinder Play Yard. Install new play structure (OFCI-owner furnished, contractor installed) over poured-in-place safety surfacing. Install two (2) new shade structures (PC #04- 121917)(OFCI-owner furnished, contractor installed). Install new drinking fountain, add striping and play equipment, install new 6 foot high accessible gates at play area, and revise existing fencing. Scope includes associated ADA upgrades and path of travel, as well as storm drain work. The contractor will be responsible for receiving the play yard equipment and the shade structures, as well as staging and safekeeping of these OFCI items until they are ready for installation.

The Engineer's Estimate is $348,000.

Two (2) mandatory pre-bid conferences and site visits will be held on the following dates:

• Mandatory Site Walk # 1: Thursday, February 13, 2025 @ 9:00AM

• Mandatory Site Walk # 2: Thursday, February 20, 2025 @ 9:00AM

All prospective Bidders are required to sign in with the Construction Manager. The Site Visit is expected to take approximately 1 hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible. • Note: Potential bidders only need to attend one (1) of the Mandatory Site Walks to meet the requirement.
