Work covered in these contract documents for the construction of the Cove Road Pump Station Rehabilitation Project consists of the following items of work:
1. Installation and maintenance of temporary sewer bypass system.
2. All necessary excavation, site work including concrete work, metal work, pipe work, submersible pumps and flowmeter and pump monorail hoist.
3. Furnish and install new 200 kw standby generator.
4. All electrical work.
5. Construction of all site work and asphalt paving.
Engineer’s Estimate: $1,611,698
A non-mandatory prebid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, local time, on March11, 2025 at 2001 Paradise Drive, Tiburon CA (District Office).
