The City of Albany (City) is requesting proposals from qualified consulting and engineering firms to assist with design of the Buchanan Street Bridge Rehabilitation Project (Project). This document outlines the scope of work for the services. An electronic (PDF) copy of the proposal and the fee estimate, in a separate file, must be submitted to the City Clerk at cityclerk@albanyca.org.
The City is seeking the qualified proposer to assist the City to:
• Manage and complete Preliminary Engineering (PE);
• Prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for the Project;
• Provide bidding and advertisement support;
