Davis Senior Center Patio Improvements Package, CIP No. ET8280

The work shall include demolition of concrete, grading and clearing of site for new concrete patio and installation of steel frame shade structures, seating walls, landscaping and irrigation. Lighting and electric heaters will be installed under the shade structure. Building work includes demolition of windows and wall for new storefront and access compliance improvements to two sets of restrooms including new low flow plumbing fixtures.
