One Mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on April 23, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Meet at Temp Campus located at 4301 Berk Avenue, Richmond, CA 94804. All prospective Bidders are required to sign in. Participants are required to attend mandatory site visit.

Failure to attend site visit or tardiness will render bid ineligible.

Contractors must submit bids electronically via the District's online portal at www.wccusdplanroom.com until

2:00 p.m., May 1, 2024 (“Online Vendor Portal”). The District will open the bids and publicly read them aloud

after the bid opening via zoom at https://wccusd.zoom.us/j/94149038653. Any claim by a Bidder of error in its

bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Any bid that is

submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the Bidder. The District is not responsible

for Bids that are received after the deadline noted above.
