Two Mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on June 18, 2024 and June 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Verde Elementary School, located at 2000 Giaramita St, Richmond, CA 94801. All prospective Bidders are required to sign in at the Administration Building. The Site Visit is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend at least one pre-bid conference, or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
