2024 Sewer Rehabilitation Project

1. Secure all necessary permits and business licenses 2. Locate manholes, rodholes and all service laterals in the field. 3. Pre-clean and pre-televise sewer mains. 4. Due to planned Town of Tiburon projects, the Contractor’s first order of work shall be all work on Paradise Drive including Line A and Line A2. 5. Verify private pump system laterals on Line A and install new cleanout/private pump system connection. 6. Rehabilitate gravity sewers by pipebursting or direct burial as indicated on plans. 7. Remove rodholes as indicated on plans. 8. Connect sewers to existing manholes, rebuild channels, plug holes and seal leaks. 9. Install new manholes as indicated on the plans. 10. Replace lower laterals as indicated on the plans. 11. Replace pavement and private improvements. 12. Televise finished sewers.
