RFQ - Professional Engineering Services for Solano County Water Agency

General Work Description: Provide “on-call” professional engineering services for specific projects and potential projects/services: the design of water conveyance pipelines, design of access roads, electrical line tracing, water quality, earthwork calculations, washout repair guidance, capacity analysis for flood control, design of drainage facilities, sump design, and other capital improvement projects as they relate to the Solano Project, flood control, and river restoration on an as needed basis. It is the intent for top qualified consulting firms identified by the RFQ process to be kept on a pre-qualified list for consideration by Solano County Water Agency for specific projects and potential projects/services for the next three fiscal years. The selected consulting firms will provide a full range of professional engineering services including but not limited to system evaluation, permitting, design, complete plans and specifications in conformance with Solano County Water Agency standards, preparation of bid packages, construction cost estimates, and assistance during bidding. Qualified consulting firms that meet the requirements set forth in this RFQ and can provide the services requested are encouraged to participate.
