FY24-25 Downtown Surface Seal and Pavement Rehab Project C1077

In general, the work includes the pavement maintenance of existing improvements and constructing new ADA improvements within various streets of the City of Martinez. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Pavement maintenance of existing roadway improvements including crack sealing, base repairs, mill and overlay, slurry seal, cape seal, concrete curb ramps, adjusting utility covers, and roadway stripping and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the project’s plans and specifications.
