RFQ - Watercraft Decontamination Services
Through this Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “RFQ”) Solano County Water Agency (SCWA) will create a list of potential watercraft decontamination service partners to provide professional decontamination services for watercraft owners wishing to launch at Lake Berryessa. It is the intent for top qualified parties to be identified by the RFQ process to be considered to operate on behalf of SCWA to decontaminate watercraft for the public. The selected parties will provide decontamination services at rates that they see fit for their business and will not be financially compensated by SCWA. Qualified parties that meet the criteria set forth in this RFQ and can provide the services requested are encouraged to participate.

The following is the scope of work that may be assigned to the qualified list of businesses:
• Decontamination services – Perform watercraft decontaminations in accordance with SCWA watercraft decontamination standards established in the Watercraft Inspection and Decontamination (WID) Manual and Advanced Watercraft Decontamination Manual for the public. Parties selected to partner with SCWA may charge fees at their own discretion for decontamination services provided to the public.
