DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Rehabilitation of existing street pavement by grinding and repaving, replacement of paving markings and striping. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of, but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing, pavement grinding, hot mix asphalt paving, minor concrete work, utility cover adjustments, pavement delineation and signage, traffic control, water pollution control and ancillary work on various streets in San Anselmo as shown on the project plans.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the sewer improvements project, including internal televising of sewer mains and laterals, excavation, pipebursting, open cut excavation and pipe replacement, spot repairs, connect to new manholes, CCTV, rehabilitation and reconnection of sewer laterals, disposal of asbestos cement pipe if removed, backfill, AC paving and surface restoration, together with all appurtenances, connections and testing, for the completed and operational project as shown on the Plans and as specified.

Description: Repair of sidewalks at 36 locations throughout the City including, but not limited to, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approach, concrete curb and gutter, and as-needed tree maintenance work such as root shaving and root pruning.

The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals to provide on-call sign repair, replacement and installation services. The work to be performed generally consists of on-call repair, replacement and installation of public street signs (including but not limited to regulatory signs, warning signs, street name signs and special signs), object markers and sidewalk/street barricades and rails at various locations throughout the City of Citrus Heights, and other related work as needed.

The Arcade Creek Cripple Creek Trail (Sylvan to Stock Ranch) Extension Project is the next phase to be designed and constructed from the City’s Creek Corridor Trail Project (Segments A07 and A08 of the Adopted 2014 Feasibility Report). This ½ mile trail extension project will connect residential areas to retail centers, schools, public services, community centers and open spaces. This trail design should prioritize features such as accessibility, fencing, vegetation management, and continuous lighting to enhance trail safety for all users.

The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with the work to be performed under these specifications. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to mobilizing, traffic and pedestrian control to manage and close off work areas from pedestrians and parking, water pollution prevention and control during construction activities; removing, modifying, and constructing shuttle bus stops;; concrete improvements including removing and installing sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter; asphalt improvements; installing and relocating street furniture; removing existing striping, markings, and signage; installing striping, marking, and signage; adjusting utilities to final grade; and modifying existing landscaping.

General Work Description: Edge widening, cold planing, and 2" thick ½" HMA overlay with geosynthetic interlayer on Lewis Road and N. Meridian Road in Solano County. The work also includes shoulder backing, ditch excavation, embankment, signs and striping.

The work to be done generally consists of repairing an embankment failure by excavating slide debris, constructing a solider pile retaining wall, rebuilding the embankment with lightweight cellular concrete fill, replacing the cross culvert drainage system, reconstructing roadway surface, completing associated site grading, installing railings, and installing erosion control measures.

MMWD is soliciting bids for Ferric Sulfate for its water treatment facilities located within Marin County, California. It is the intent of this bid solicitation that an award will be made for a contract commencing July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026.
