Scope includes: Concrete surface repair and recoating for various components of the Primary Treatment Area, removal and replacement of slide gates and stop plates, temporary bypass pumping, removal and replacement of grating L-brackets, various demolition of obsolete equipment, replacement of primary clarifier effluent launder beams.
